We provide comprehensive home inspection services that will help you make informed decisions. Our inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn.  Then after we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. With that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

Various things may affect a private well’s water quality, such as how the well was installed, natural runoff or other topographical factors, or a range of other causes. Even if the home is fed by a public water supply, is it a good idea to have a water analysis completed to ensure that nothing, whether it’s originating from outside or inside the home, is affecting your water quality. While many of these concerns can be effectively rectified, a proper water analysis is imperative to ensure that the water that you drink and bathe in is clean, and safe!

Radon testing is the only way to determine if your home has higher-than-average levels of radon, which can pose a health risk to your family.  Radon is a natural, radioactive, invisible, and odorless gas that is produced when uranium in the Earth’s crust decays and turns into radium.  We utilize a short-term test kit, which is usually placed and left for a period of forty-eight hours or more. We will then coordinate a pickup date and time with you, and then submit the samples for lab analysis.
