My name is Leon Morano, and I am the Owner and Inspector at Morano Home Inspections. I've been involved in Real Estate since 2008, rehabbing houses. I also have been a NYS Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014. Our core foundational principles are being Honest, Upfront, and Real about your inspection. 

Our commitment as a company is to make the inspection part of the home buying/ selling process as smooth and seamless as possible. and for this to actually be a “value-adding” experience. It doesn’t matter if it’s going great or not so great. We want you to know that we see you, we hear you, and we are an ally for you in this process.

When purchasing your home –  there are just so many things not visible to your naked eye.  When you are hiring a home inspector something  to look out for would be certifications and technology they use. At Morano Home Inspections, we are NYS-licensed certified professional inspectors, and we utilize some of the industry’s latest technology to ensure a thorough inspection.
